Cynthia sent a message to Mark Bertolini Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aetna Email Address that said:
We are a small, hard working autism care company. We became in-network with Aetna three years ago. Since that time, I have tried repeatedly to get our contract accurately entered into the system. Three years later, they are still sending our checks to a 7 year past address (so we never actually receive them), and they have still not registered under our practice, but rather the BCBA individually, which would cause a problem with the IRS. Now, when I finally thought I had someone who was resolving the issue, I was told we were never in network but it shows we applied this year. We did not apply this year. I have submitted numerous claims for the past three months and there is literally no chance of payment at this point. I have called and called, sat on hold for endless amounts of time, written letters...spoke to 'escalated team members' and most recently a manager, all to no avail. HELP!
