We are current residents of Lennars Heritage at Cadence in Henderson Nevada. We have an on going problem with our entrance gate. This community is advertised as a gated active adult area. The gate is constantly broken and remains open all night. We have communicated to Lennar and our Home owners association thru our Home Owners group and still have no fix for this problem. Repair crews are constantly working on it and is never fixed. Your attention to this matter would be appreciated.
