We are owners at two of your resorts. Additionally, we purchased a package with the intent of bringing friends to Myrtle beach to enjoy a stay in a two bedroom Ocean View at either resort there. Upon trying to reserve under our confirmation and use some of our remaining 2016 points for the upgrade. We found that the two divisions promotions and grand vacation reservations can not work together to accomplish either goal. We originally chose Hilton over many of the other options available to consumers but at this moment are regretting our decision. We want to stay in a two bedroom, ocean view in Myrtle Beach resort from November 12 - 16, 2016. How can this be accomplished without further expense (other than our current year's points). Thank you.
