We are the shelter along with the Red Cross for the recent flood in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I have made eight different phone calls in order to get extra trash removal and recycling removal from your company. Our church has had nothing but problem after problem with your company. On September 27th I set up to get a larger trash container and extra dumps due to the large amount of people staying at our facility. I was assured that it would be there on Thursday and at the very latest on Friday. Update: no service. I called this morning which is Monday since we have heard nothing and still have had no activity from your company. I was just wondering if something could maybe be done tomorrow which is Tuesday. Due to the numerous problems we have had with your company I set up a recording app on my phone so that all calls are recorded. I would be glad to share all of the calls with whomever.
