David sent a message to Michael D. White, President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer DIRECTV, Inc. – email address that said:
We are trying to get a hold of someone to get a copy of our bill from direct tv with our cancellation charges on it so we can take it to our current cable provider to get refunded. We have tried many times to get a breakdown of these fees so we can have them refunded back. Direct tv didn't have my permission to charge the card on file that I used only once to set up my account. This has resulted in a lot of stress for me and I have yet to get this money back. I am looking for a resolution in this Matter and would at least like to have an itemized list of these cancellation charges so I can proceed to be reimbursed as I was told by my cable provider if that's even possible at this late stage as it already has been two months trying to get this info.
