We are very concerned that the lack of response from your 'US Sales - SMBWC C-1 division will force us to continue to look elsewhere for our equipment needs. For months we dealt with your smbenable-2@techdata.com division and they provided us awesome support. Since the switch over a month ago, the US Sales - SMBWC C-1 division either takes 2-3 weeks to respond or don't bother to respond at all to pricing inquiries. We have been forced to go to Stampede, Synnex, Almo and ingram Micro for our pricing and equipment needs. Hope to hear from someone soon since we would like to continue to do business with Tech Data.
