We are very disappointed with the service received on the 2013 Grand Dodge Caravan purchased – Roger S Penske email address

sent a message to Roger S. Penske – Chairman of the Board and CEO of Penske Corporation – Email Address that said:

We are very disappointed with the service received on the 2013 Grand Dodge Caravan purchased April 23, 2016 from Triangle Dealers in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. The 2 things we asked to have fixed in the offer to buy was the key fobs and tire sensor light/tire. My Husband Paul stayed a few hours that day to have those repaired. They werent repaired.

I made an appointment for May 4th 10am and was there until after 4pm. The tire sensor was repaired in the 6 hours, but the key fob WAS NOT! We are raising 5 Grandkids here in Puerto Rico, and caring for my 87 year old Mother, and it was a huge thing to be at the Dealership for 6 hours.

The key fob is OLD, AND JUST NEEDS TO BE REPLACED! Have talked to the Service Manager and also the General Manager Ismael Medina and very disappointed. A copy of this email is being sent to Roger Penske.
