We booked few properties in Chandigarh Panchkula in February 2012. We were promised to give – Kushal Singh email address

Pramod  sent a message to Kushal Pal Singh – Chairman, DLF Limited – Email Address that said:
We booked few properties in Chandigarh Panchkula in February 2012. We were promised to give possession in 24 months. 95% money was paid in 8 days. I wrote more than 30 emails and not getting any response; even my registered letter. I asked to refund my booking amount with interest in July 2013 as project is being delayed. They offered for Villa, which I did not accept the delay and received my money with 9% interest after 12 months battle. I asked for those 5 plots and was told that we are mailing letter and I should receive in 3 months in August 2013. It has been more than 3 years and till date no letter being received. I cancelled my booking on January 29, 2014 and requested to refund my money with interest. Please help and advise why I am not getting my refund and take action against those DLF staff members. Thanks
