We had Christmas eve reservations at Lago, but hours before dinner time we received an – James J Murren email address

Carol sent a message to James J. Murren Chairman and CEO of MGM Resorts International Email Address that said:

We had Christmas eve reservations at Lago, but hours before dinner time we received an email notifying us that Lago had cancelled our reservation. This was not the first time that Lago has cancelled our Christmas eve reservation. Each time we received a cancellation notice, we rebooked. But, since we were only hours from dinner time on Christmas eve; we were frantically looking for a restaurant that had any openings before 9pm. Our Christmas eve was disappointing and frustrating even after we had relaxing massages at Aria spa. We did send Lago an email regarding our cancellation and we still have not received any response from the restaurant.
We realize that you can not do anything about an incident that occurred in the past, but we thought you should be aware of a rather odd procedure that a restaurant within the MGM Resorts collection is practicing. We frequent Vegas quite often during the year and Lago had become one of our go to restaurants. Unfortunately after this incident, I highly doubt we will return to Lago.
