We had made online order in Janakpuri, New Delhi,India and paid 599 inclusive of taxes and then after paying the online payment got a call from your customer executive that you have to pay 110 more as you have not paid taxes and I said ok but when Ur delivery boy came I had look at the bill and simultaneously called up your customer care,Mr Nitish senior csd picked up the phone and said that there is some technical problem and you will not be given 25 â discount as promised on Ur internet portal and if you don't pay the Rs 110 your order will be cancelled.Sir this is an act of harrassment because what you have promised at Ur web portal u have not clearly delivered .The time between 20:00 is the peak time for the dinner and considering the festive season you have spoiled our dinner time.I will take up this pathetic services with your higher authority if there is some technical snag at Ur end how can u provide such horrible services and this is an act of cheating the customer as you have failed to provide what is mentioned on Ur website.I will spread your poor services through all the internet media will never advise anyone to use your services.Lastly Dunkin donuts being a worldwide brand if provides such pathetic services and cheats customer ,we would never place an order with you.
