We have attempted to cancel our SiriusXM service on three different occasions but it is extremely frustrating and difficult. I have been on the phone for 46minutes and 26seconds today. We understand it may be your policy to make this difficult but I can assure you this tactic harms your business rather than enhances it.
Your renewal charges are the primary reason we are cancelling. We do not do business with companies that operate in that manner. This is the era of AMAZON, not Standard Oil.
