We have been customers for many years and are a little fed up with the way that we are being treated. Earlier in the year, we took advantage of opening a credit card account that provided 15 months interest free and $150 credit. The $150 credit has never been credited to our account after numberous conversations with your representatives who all give different answers. Today, your representative hung up on us. We are sure that you have no idea of what is going on in your bank and are asking for your help to get this resolved.
