We have been customers since this bank was RBS. My husband I have a Credit Card Account with your bank. Years and years ago he gave permission for me to speak to you about my account. NOW I can not. I Spoke with your Rewards Program as I have a 142.00 balance on my account. they do not want to talk to me as Im not The Primary Account holder. since I am listed on the account am I a persona non grata?? They need my Husbands permission to speak with them. I am an account holder. I dont understand. If I was not listed on the account I could understand, BUT I AM LISTED and I DONT COUNT. this is ludicrous. All I want is someone to call me at 631-289-0330 to discuss further.
