We have been trying to get new service from Charter for over 2 months now. We could not get any feed back for installation. I have talked to Jessie and he was supposed to get back with me after he checked this out. I tried to call him today and was unable to be transferred to him. I would appreciate a call back from you and let me know why this has not been taken care of by now.
