We have been with PRISM Century Link for several years always getting the HOPE that we will finally have a good reception. We chose PRISM because we were told that reception would be thru the phone line/ like FIOS up north . Our FiOS friends love their service/reception. BUT we have had FREEZING since the day we started with Prism .... In the beginning we were asked... have you rebooted your modem ? ... WHY ? Shouldnt this come from Centruy Link ...? Now I am hearing that a technician needs to go house to house to upgrade or whatever every time Century Link makes a change. This is VERY annoying and time consuming. ... not just for the home owner but also for your employees .... and the COST to YOU !! Your service people would like to service ... not band aid ! PLEASE check with FIOS to see how they make this better ... We also feel that we have been overcharged for too long ... when so much of our TV time is poor quality ... and we have spent too many hours trying to get it right.... and never happens .
