we have had a alltell windstream and whatever else this phone company has been called for a lot of years.
We have been told that we are getting new wiring and high speed internet soon, still don't have it and we also don't have good service.
Every time it rains or sprinkles we have no service. I had to call 911, I got it, in butler county ill, I happen to live in butler county Missouri, done this three times. Had to have someone with cell to contact police.
Today they are to be out and fix. Well it is now five in afternoon still a no show , and this is after they have already come out this week and" fixed it ".This is a problem that has been going on for years could you please not get something done. There are several seniors on this road and we really cant afford not to be able to hold of emergency personel
