We have had several issues with our installation of Thermador products that was purchased from – Hubert Joly email address

Kevin Roberts sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy email address that said:

We have had several issues with our installation of Thermador products that was purchased from your store. It has been troublesome , whereas three or more different (sub contractors) were brought in to install our stove, refrigetor , steam oven, and dishwasher. The refrigetor columns are not even and not secured properly.
The store manager refers us to installation manager and the installation manager states that the order has been closed.
We paid over $20k for these applicances and they were not installed properly. As previously stated Best Buy sub conracted different teams and we are very frusted by th elack of support.
All we are asking for is to have someone come out and properly install the refrig. Also the fact that it is not proerly secure could be a liablity if it falls over.

It also should be noted that it took over 5 times that the installation crew with only two people when four was required. The installation team that installed the refrigetor was not qualifiied. There were other issues that we can elaborate on as well.
