We have made several requests to have the trees trimmed that are hanging over the power lines at the front of our property. We have photographs and are prepared to send them to the executive team at Duke Energy. We pay our bill ($300.00 monthly) on time each month. We recently purchased this home; it was vacant for several years and as a result, it accumulated a vast overgrowth of tree limbs. We contacted several tree trimming services and no one would touch them because they are touching the power lines. Please can someone please assist us with this matter?
