We have Time Warner cable internet service at our home on the coast of Maine,
I am writing to you as a last resort because EVERY day the internet cable signal from Time Warner is dropped and has to be reset by turning our modem on and off. As you might imagine this is terribly frustrating. As an online instructor of graduate courses at Northeastern University, I depend on reliable internet service from the provider. Please see what you can do to make the delivery of cable internet service to St. George, Maine more reliable.
