Joan and Charles sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
We have tried to talk to all sorts of people @Century Link and no solution for this problem. There was a fire here in Black Forest, co and when we moved back, the highest rate we could for our internet was 8 megs. Our neighbor, who also had to rebuild, and lives directly across the street(25 feet?) has been given 20 megs . We pay the same amount and can[t get anybody to explain this to us. My Physicist husband says is it ridiculous, since the fiberoptic cable is closer
to us than to the neighbor. We are 13525 New Discovery Rd and the neighbor, Lance lives at 13520 New Discovery rd. His has been confirmed by Century link personnel to us as 20mgb. To whom should we speak or what to do??
