we need you to contact us concerning our bill we called the 1800directv number and they are trying to double bill us and wont give us our 200 dollars visa card sign on bonus. we talked to kyle and he told us he is unable to help us and keeps hanging up on us but we are fixing to cancel the service and go to dish network or our local cable company and file a lawsuit for trying to double bill and breech of contract but we hope we can resolve this problem quickly and soon thank you the brissettes
