we ordered thousands of dollars worth of PBK merch for our daughter- first the wrong rocking chair was delivered - still waiting for the correct replacement - but had to charge our PB credit card for it twice.. received our ordered crib- it was used repackaged resold ! - PB picked it up we were told to expect delivery on a "NEW" crib today - it did not come . Notified Arbor Lakes MN store were told to come there to pick up a replacement ! again we had to pay for it again - told to wait a week for the credit to show up - wow - wont ever order again wish I had never opened an account . One look at the FB page comments you will see this is a big problem .
