Charlain sent a message to Peter Agnefjäll President and CEO, IKEA that said:
We placed an order for 2 mattresses and 2 foundations to be delivered July 9th. They ran out of time and could not deliver until 10 pm. We declined the late delivery. No one called to reschedule. Today is July 13th and I spoke with our Seattle, WA manager Nicole who said it would be July 23rd before we could get our delivery. They did offer to remove the delivery charge but we have no place to sleep in our new home we move into on Tuesday July 15th. I find the lack of customer service appalling since this was not our fault.
