We recently rode the Auto Train round trip. Ten hours late South. Five hours late North. I booked as required (to assure accommodations) 11 months ahead for March 2017. I cancelled last week due to on going medical issues. I rec'd. credit except for a $92.10 fee. I find this fee a "joke" for the next 10+ months.
Can I charge you for my extra costs (More than your fee) for ten and five hour delays that also ruined our vacation plans and return home? Your policy is wrong.
