We reside in a community in Winter Haven, Florida over 2,000 homes. Our Home owners Association will no longer be billing us for services as of November 30, 2017. I have spent over 2 hours today trying to obtain what the pricing would be to continue services. First in sales department I was told that I would be better off going to a competitor because i would be getting a better price. Then I was transferred to the retention department and was told that I have to wait until December 1, 2017 and call back and get a price then. I dont understand why Spectrum is not interested in providing thousands of customer a response by mail, email or phone as to what the price of what our services would cost in 31 days.

Meanwhile waiting until December 1, 2017 as suggested by spectrum employees is not logical that no one would take the time to keep so many customer who are just seeking what the new price would be on December 1. 2017.

Since the people we our speaking to in spectrum doesnt have any information to provide, do not seem interested in assisting us thru this transition and appear to prefer the customer to seek competitor pricing I am sure that you and all the boards of directors would not agreed with this concept. Therefore, I am reaching out to notify you of these issue and maybe you can have someone look into why under the circumstances why a price cannot be given for services. Meanwhile this is just creating customer to start looking at competitors.

Thank you for your attention and assistance to this matter.
