We signed up for service a month ago. It took 3 times to get an installer to keep the appointment. Was told a work order was enteref to get the cable buried and would take 7-10 days. After 2 weeks, I called and there was no work order. They entered the order again. 2 weeks more and nothing has been done. Called again and no work order. Was told agai. An order was entered again. I do have other options and Im not sure Spectrum is worth the aggravation.
