Sheila Cairns sent a message to Michael OLeary - CEO, Ryanair - Email Address that said:
We travel very frequently on Ryainair as we have found them to be reliable. However, on Saturday 28th January we were travelling from Murcia to Manchester and I was disgusted to find that the toilets had no toilet tissue, no hand towels and no hand wash or soap!
This is a health and safety issue and I mentioned this to the air steward. Her reply was that we were close to landing and that if she sorted it out at that time it would prevent people using the facilities. This, I pointed out to her was unacceptable as toilets should be checked at the beginning of the flight and during it! It would certainly put me off travelling with Ryanair hat is for sure!!
