Dear Yahama Team,
We were the happy customer to use yahama products so far. But after facing a very rude and
unpleasant service support from the yahama authorized dealer we really regret to buy the Yahama
Home theatre.
Situation
Our Yahama Home theatre out of warranty 2 years age.
We have given for repair to one of the authorized dealer of Yahama service center in Mumbai, India.
Even if it was out of warranty we wanted to make sure it is handled by the genuine product knowledge
and trustworthy.
But, the authorized service center has proven us wrong.
We were charged 14,000 INR and the repaired Yahama amplifier stopped working within a week.
We have requested him to visit home and check. Where he straight away says if we visit there will be
the separate cost involved.
Rather asking what is the problem straight away tell us there will be visits cost involve. Where we
have already paid 14,000 INR for last repair which stopped working within a week.
We have reported the same with Vijay Sales India from where we have brought the Yahama Home
Theatre.
I got the call from Authorized Service Center Dealer who repaired the product
He was like " You have reported the system was not repaired properly with Vijay Sales. He is
in rude tone ... I can make your systems in one or two days. If I want I can stretch this to 1
week."
This was very shock the way he was speaking to me.
I again reported to Vijay Sales about the way he talked to me.
After chasing 4-5 days. I again got the call from the Authorized Service Center
He was like "I can repair the product and there will be charge of 1200 -1500 INR. Full board will
have to been changed. Blah blah. If you work around with the report registered with Vijay
Sales. I'll not charge.
So basically he wanted to take my report back orelse the product will be charged. He was like
the system cannot be repaired i can stay that too.
Really don't know which world he is and who gives this kind on statements to your customers.
This is really sad such peoples are associated with the Yahama brands.
I have already paid 14000 INR. What more can happen? I have to pay more money? Yes, I'm ready
to pay more money. But not to the way the customer was handled. I would rather tell the
service center keep with your its gift from my side.
I guess the system cost us 25,000 INR something and Iām spending more in repairing
