Mrs. Shepherd sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. that said:
We were without service (home ph + internet) for 15 days due to storm damage; severing the cable that runs under a creek that provides our service in late June into July of this year. (we are in a very Rural Area).
I was just informed, that a generous "out of service" credit of $11.07 will be on our next bill. WOW!!
Sir, I think you should know about this instance, and the enormity of discontent that is brewing in our area and us AS CUSTOMERS.
