We would be willing to send you payment through direct bank transfer if you provide the Yamaha firm IBAN BIC numbers when emailing back the pro forma invoice as per the above mentioned instruments.
Would it be possible for you to give us a definite date of arrival of our three pianos in Hamburg, GERMANY first ( Yamaha Europe headquarters ), then from there, a delivery date to our Paris V Panthéon-Sorbonne flat in France ?
Unfortunately, we have had to turn to you directly for our three purchases, we have had no other choice, we are afraid, your middlemen acting as Yamaha dealers on the European continent have proven so very disappointing ( not to say the least ! ) whatsoever, especially in refusing to provide any piece of information ( let alone order ! ) as regards the articles we are bent upon buying !
We do hope we get a better welcome by dealing with the Yamaha firm directly in Japan ! ... We are sorry your employees in Europe do not seem to know the golden rule when ( attempting to ! ) doing business, ie : " The customer is always right ! " .
