gillian shaw sent a message to Doug McMillon - President and Chief Executive Officer of Walmart Stores, Inc. - Email Address that said:
Wednesday March 1st, I was shopping in your store number 2609, one of your employees walking towards me wheeling a trolley with a television on suddenly turned the trolley towards me hitting me and gashing my leg. I asked for help to get cleaned up as my leg was bleeding badly, no-one seemed bothered finally the employee took me to customer service where i was offered a band aid. A manager turned up took photos of my leg and filled out a form regarding the injury, he asked me if i needed an ambulance, i said i just needed help to get the gash cleaned up and dressed he told me there was nothing they could do to help, but he would escalate the accident and the next day someone would be in contact to check how i was and they would follow up until it was healed. i was struggling to clean up the blood which was by this time running into my shoes, fortunately for me there was a nurse at the counter who told your staff what she needed and she cleaned me up and dressed the wound.
Nobody has been in contact with me since i walked out of your store, now a week later my leg is still swollen and inflamed around the gash, i would like somebody to take responsibility for this. i have tried today to contact the store but they just say they cant help
