Well it's my installation time, after the installation tech came and looked at things he called his supervisor out and he looked and said he found no evidence of any survey done even though the 3 phone calls I made to your installation department ALL said that the survey WAS done on 3/21/2016 and EVERYTHING was ready for installation today!!! The survey tech that did come out YESTERDAY said it may take up to 3 MONTHS to get installed!!! This is totally unacceptable!!!!! I have not received any response to my note that I sent yesterday, to several people, Facebook, etc. Either get you story correct and installed in a reasonable time or forget it!!!! Someone at Charter needs to figure out what went wrong, fix it so no one else has to deal with your incompetence and get my service installed soon!!!
