I am very upset with Wellcare and your representatives ....I have a patient trying to get a corrected PA on a cancer patient. The PA was initiated 11/21/19 and a decision was to be made within 24 hrs. The medication was approved but the start date and end date were incorrect.....now 6 calls that has lasted approximated an hour each time and still is not resolved.....why is a cancer patient having to wait this long to be able to start an oral chemotherapy that was approved on 11/29/19 but your company is so hard to work with to get things corrected????? Its to the point that I HATE calling Wellcare.
