I wanted to reach out to you since we are having so many problems with WellCare. This morning I was on hold for 1.5 hrs. and never did speak to a person. This afternoon I finally reached someone, however, she was not able to help me with my question and was not able to transfer me to an appropriate person that could. That was a 30 minute phone call. I have also been trying to find out who our Provider Rep is for the state Maine. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you
