Mary Stratton sent a message to Kenneth Burdick that said:
Let me begin by saying, it is nice to see a CEO so approachable.
I am a new member on the Medicare Prescription Plan.
Your billing department took out my reoccurring payment 3 times. This left a $31.00 credit. I am 70 years old on a fixed income. I called on 1-24-2020 and informed billing of the overpayment. I was told it would be put back into my account within 24 to 48 hours. This did not happen. I called on 1-27-2020 to inform the billing department that the refund had not occurred. I was told the same thing - 24 to 46 hours. It is now Wednesday the 29th with no refund. I was told the same thing.
This $31.00 was ear-marked for food. Tonight is me last meal I can afford. Without the money I am owed, I will not eat until Saturday. Please, remember me when you sit sown to supper!
