Mr. Burdick. I will be mailing a 2nd letter with details followed by a letter to the FL insurance commission.
The processing of my application for WellCare and return phone calls from one of your CEO complaint personnel (Barbara) has been dealt with more unprofessionally than expected...â¦.a written letter, one return call with a stated response in one week (which did not occur) and three voicemail messages and no return call.

My husband and I regret choosing WellCare already: non-responsiveness and outrageous prescription prices are at the top of the list.
Does WellCare really 'care' about clients??
