@WellsFargo – John Stumpf – As a long time Wells Fargo customer, I was dismayed when I received a letter

nancy sheehan sent a message to John Stumpf that said:

As a long time Wells Fargo customer, I was dismayed when I received a letter on 11-12-20 that as of 11-3-20 WF was closing my line of credit due to inactivity.
I took the loan out to remodel my small kitchen. My brother in law who was the carpenter to do this work soon after was diagnosed with liver cancer and after many, many months/years succumbed to this cancer sadly.
I did not use the loan as a result of this an had planned on doing so in the spring with a recommended professional.
I was never contacted by WF on this serious action. I have never been late in payment to WF for other accounts. WF has been criticized for many actions in the past but i stuck by WF and now, they drop me.
I find this unconscionable and more importantly, not in the spirit of a good banker.
I ask that this loan is reinstated and I receive a response to this request.
