@WellsFargo – John Stumpf – Hi Mr. Scharf, i have no other options but to write to you. After contacting

Angie Lim sent a message to John Stumpf that said:

Hi Mr. Scharf, i have no other options but to write to you. After contacting WF multiple times via the message center and HOTLINE, it has been so frustrating and a waste of WF's resources and mine.

I have been a WF customer since 2006. Recently I wanted to close my account because i have left USA for good. Here's the problem and I hope you can get someone to help me.

I ended up with $1.14 in my account, after being misled i need to keep it positive or zero. Now i need to get rid of $1.14. To do that, the advice is:
1. use FB messenger. This is not available to overseas FB users

2. Use Zelle or interbank transfer. Both options need me to give a security code via phone. Obviously I no longer have a USA mobile no.

3. Final advice, pay a notary public and get a letter to WF in USA. That is going to cost lots more than $1.14

Can't WF accept a de minimis rule since i agreed to donate the sum away. Thank you
