Richard Fickle Jr sent a message to John Stumpf that said:
Please respond back to me at this email address as I have tried in vain to assist Wells Fargo with an issue they had over the full early payment of my auto loan. I have maid over 12 calls, some screaming matches because of Wells Fargo's broken promises and guess what, yet another broken promise, after Wells Fargo did the right thing and cashed the cashiers check for payment in full. The check was valid and legitimate the entire time. As God is my witness I will never, never, never ever bank with Wells Fargo again! Your company have screwed me once again in the end and I expect contact from you, by the way I'm not going away! I will keep contacting the corporate office. I don't understand how a company can be so poorly run!
