@WellsFargo – John Stumpf – Sir; I have an account with Well Fargo Bank and I am tired of calling

Sir; I have an account with Well Fargo Bank and I am tired of calling once a year because of giving the wrong password. In both cases I am positive it was correct but the excuse was used to have me call them from Cambodia. Well, last year I called five times and had disconnects and then had start over from the beginning Then the questioning and one stupid question asked me was, what was my phone number area code some twenty odd years ago?? I had nothing to do with your bank 20 odd years ago. When I answered that I did not know he replies....you do not know this? Well it was Nevada, Las Vegas where I worked around 1999 to 2000. Can you sir, answer these type of question??? I want a waiver in getting access online to my account. Your email online is supposedly secure. Why not allow me to answer on the online secured email. The bank is not your problem but security is and your customer service is definitely a bank defender and acts as paper pushers instead figuring out ways to make it easier for me. I am 80 years of age, no problems with your savings account service and the monthly statements. Only with customer service due to the poor security system within the bank. Sir, I have to say this but how can your security know what is good for me when they do not know what is good for your own bank? Now I use my ATM card for withdrawals and keep a manual account to know what I have saved in the bank. If one cared to check, I have drawn out of the same bank and in same area around 90% of the time. I have settled in area where I use the ATM card, for the last two or three years. The last two or three years they select me to check on?? I will answer any questions that pertain to me and within reason anytime as long as I use your secured email service online!! Another stupid security idea is showing five or six passwords of mine that could be me password. What does your security program put as one the other password??? The one I currently use without one letter!! This could be very easy for someone to figure out my password from this dumb entry. Now I can not even get online to do anything about this problem that your company has with me. Sir, I hope that you will fix so that I may go online to know where I stand in savings and that my monthly check is credited to my account. The end result for me would be to fly into Los Angeles, go to another bank and have my money drawn out of my account and into another bank. Please help me get back online and keep the money with Wells Fargo. Thank you sir and have a Happy New Year!!
