went to costco in labara ca. to look at tvs. while my husband was talking to the tv people I went over to set down by the cell phone dept. I was talking to the Manager Lewis about up grading my phone I was due for an up grade . It was near closing time. He said that for $199. i could up grade to samsung6. So I decided to up grade both my phone and my husbands. @ $199. each paperwork was made by lewis and he said he would through in an otter box and protector for free with no cost to me a special promotion at that time running out that night.. Also no change to My current plan with verizon.as closing time approached i was told to go to cash register and pay for it. @ $199. times 2 phones. When i received my first verizon phone bill i noticed that i have a charge on my bill for divice payment agreement of $24. x2 a month for two years. I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS AND FEEL THAT I WAS VERY MUCH MISS LEAD. I FELL COMPENSATION SHOULD BE MADE I NOW HAVE TO PAY ON TOP OF THE $199.X2 A$24 X2 BILL FROM PHONE COMPANY FOR 2 YEARS. THIS WAS NOT TOLD TO ME OR MY HUSBAND. I FELL RIPPED OFF AND MISS LEAD. IVE BEEN A MEMBER OF COSTCO FOR 25 YEARS. THIS WAS DONE BY THE VERIZON MANAGER.
