Pat sent a message to Muktesh Pant- the CEO of KFC (Kentucky fried chicken)-email address that said:
Went to KFC at Bay Shore, 210 East Main Street, N.Y. The manager, McMohemmel, was intentionally slow and ruded. on 8/15/16 we ordered at 1:55pm, receipt number 0160005, 35min later, my son still did not get his food. We complained to the manager, who purposely went even slower. Furthermore, the food was not made correctly, we were charged for bacon, which was not put on the sandwitch. McMohommel said that we complained of the time, bacon takes more time. I was so angry, I walked away. Evenventually we did get the food and it still was not made to the order. I called the zone manager, Abul. He said he was going to call the store and call me back. He never did.
Furthermore, I don't know how my son could eat the food. The restranant smelled of urine and outside smelled of human feces.
Besides cleaning, the manager McMohommel should not work the lunch hour. Prior to our encounter, five people before us complained to McMohommed about his slowness.
