Good morning. I wanted to bring to your attention the conduct of one of your employees while not at work and ask you if these are the types of people you want working for your company.
Just within the last week\'s time, one of your employees by the name of Nick (Nicholas) Britt in Columbus, Indiana has gone to jail due to a domestic battery charge. I know that most manufacturing employers have a policy against hiring anyone who has a violent crime are their record, especially a domestic battery since that usually means they have battered a girlfriend or a wife. I just wanted to bring this matter to your attention.
