What a frustrating company to work with so far!
Issue 1: Technician installed a splitter for tv in another room and drilled screws into the woodwork without my knowledge or permission.
Issue 2: Friend moved in, logged onto my internest - which prompty kicked me off. 2 Technicians and 3 modems later (10/24 10/25) - my computer would not pick up intermet. 2nd tech left - no resolution. Cost me $334.00 to have my own tech buy a new modem for internet use and disconnect from yours.
I believe your company owes me money for damages, not being able to use your equipment - and a reduction on my bill going forward!
