Are you waiting for somebody to get angry enough for violence? From issues of Citibank not sending cards to sending too many cards from closed Amex accounts, to not sending June/July bills (statements), to them expecting immediate minimum payment over the phone without sending a statement, to them calling daily as many as 4 times a day, even late at night, to them not transferring rewards, to them double billing, to them taking 48-72 hours to send a PDF statement.
