Hartford doubled my premium this year by misclassifying a rental car claim when I was fixing my car's nicks and scratches from many hit and runs out of pocket. And after I cancelled my policies the bank notifies me that Hartford took my first renewal payment unauthorized; since, Hartford did not cancel my auto pay. And then today Paula tells me the payment comes out on Monday, when It already came out today. I used to be an examiner; unfortunately, Insurance companies like yours only get worse. I have filed a complaint with the Insurance commissioner. As an inactive CPA Tier II, I can tell you that your conduct is despicable. I will continue to file complaints! Your dishonesty will bring you down; since, disordered authority will become self destruct; God tells us in gets daily messages published at www.holylove.org. He has given us many prayers to pray for disordered authority like yours. May God have mercy on your souls.
