My latest round I placed an order. Next day I get an email to call it did not go through. I call was told 37 minute wait, did I want a call back, yes call me back. I get a call back stating I am next in line please wait. 20 minutes later someone comes online. She asks my number when I told her I had a problem. She put me on hold Without stating she was. Five minutes later I hung up.
Right now I have been on hold for over 38 minutes.
What is happening is JCPenney really trying to fail? Online business wont allow this kind of service.
Why are we failing at catalog? Please help
Plus I tried emailing at JCPenney email and it was returned. Doesnt JCP care anymore
