What is wrong with your customer service department? I was told that I could pay – James Meyer email address

Roman Hrywnak sent a message to James E. Meyer CEO, Sirius XM Radio Inc. - email address that said:

What is wrong with your customer service department? I was told that I could pay for my XM subscription with a check and your company would send me the bill in the mail. I had to call twice in three weeks because no bill arrived. CS just continues to assure me that I will receive it. Its been three weeks. Where is the bill? I am not giving you a credit card but I will pay by check. Has your company been lying about sending the bill so I can pay by check? If you cant get CS straightened out then cancel my subscription because I am not devoting any more of my time on this issue.
