what one of the suppliers that are selling merchandize in your stores, IS NOT WHAT THE CUSTOMER IS GETTING!!!! I ordered TWO, on-line, water heaters because they showed the plumbing configuration I needed. Almost $800 worth and when I went to pick them up, they were wrong and not what was advertised online. From experience, I opened the box to check what I ordered, and as is most of the time, the item was different. It happened at store I immediately asked for a full refund and left very angry, and as has happed many times, very disillusioned.
The item in this complaint was (2) Rheem 30 gallon electric 3800 watt water heaters. The picture ON the box showed the water heater, but the item the box was different. Good thing I did not find out about it when I got home. . NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!
