Marilyn sent a message to Robin Hayes – Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of JetBlue Airways Corporation – Email Address that said:
When I applied to receive Points for Surveys I got the following answer: “There are ‘issues’” for which I am not being considered.
Please explain what the basis is for this discrimination.
I have been flying Jet Blue for many years now and I resent this type of treatment. (Because I live in San Juan, PR, I was also not able to get the Jet Blue credit card -no credit questions asked)
